Our Platform: All software, designs, trademarks, and "MyApp" branding are the exclusive property of Orbis, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orbis, Inc. provides the MyApp platform "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including the behavior or output of your AI twin.

6. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Uploading malicious code or using the platform for any illegal activities.
  • Exploiting the platform's AI training models for commercial gain without explicit authorization.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
